This is an original woodblock print, hand-pulled from a small edition of 45.

the process:
After drawing my design, the image is carved into wood using chisels and gouges. Once the carving is complete, ink is rolled onto the surface of the block. Next, paper is placed on top of the block, and I use a hand tool to apply pressure, forcing the ink onto the paper. The result is the reverse image transferred to paper. Each image is printed by hand, please embrace slight variations :)
